Balila offers you the possibility to explore the magic of Bali with all your senses.
We try to show you places, which you might not be able to explore alone.
If possible, we bring you to ceremonies and show you the colorful Balinese religion and culture.
On all our activities, we try to fulfill a fair tourism.
Whenever it is possible, we create jobs for the local community.
On all our tours, we avoid big galleries and bring you to the actual producers and artists, where you can buy directly from the producers and support their families.
We do not go to the big buffet lunch places but bring you to local warungs where you can taste the real Balinese food in the true environment.
Some of our programs already have original food included, cooked by local mothers.
At our guesthouse, we try to be as environment friendly as possible.
We use organic products for cleaning; the breakfast is made from organic food, produced around Ubud;
Moreover, we separate our rubbish (that is not usual in Bali)
All in all our big aim is that we make our guests happy and that they can go back after a relaxed and exciting holiday without destroying the Balinese environment, culture, or community.
Om, shanti, shanti, shanti, om
